Warm welcome to btS Dresden!

The city of Dresden is internationally renowned for its breathtaking cultural offerings and proximity to some of Germany's most beautiful landscapes. In scientific circles, the name “Dresden” is also synonymous with excellence in research and innovation.

What do we do at btS Dresden?

Volunteer work? Of course!

As part of the btS study initiative in Dresden, we want to help students gain knowledge and facilitate their entry into careers in the life sciences.

To achieve this goal, we work closely with the Technical University, research institutes, local companies, and university groups to organize lectures, excursions, and panel discussions. Our closest partners are the Max Planck Institute for Molecular Cell Biology and Genetics and the Center for Regenerative Therapies (CRTD). We also work with the Fraunhofer Institute (IWS) and the Pharmaakademie company on new lectures and visits.

To improve organizational skills and strengthen team spirit, we organize workshops in which our members can develop themselves and refine their personal soft skills.
