This is the slogan of the btS Alumni Association.In keeping with this motto, the btS Alumni Association aims to connect former btS students who are now working professionals with each other and with current btS students.
Upon completing their studies and entering professional life, every btS member's involvement comes to an abrupt end. But not all members want to give up their support at this point. That is why btS Alumni was founded in 2016.
As a non-profit association, we offer all working former btS members a new home. The association pursues the desire to support the former members of btS as an independent organisation beyond the limits of their active membership in achieving their charitable goals to the best of its ability. As a sponsor of the student btS, it should benefit from our collective experience.
The foundation for btS Alumni was already laid by the student btS. Through further engagement, it offers the opportunity to build an internal professional network and maintain existing contacts and friendships.
This creates a space for exchange and collaboration between life sciences professionals, students, universities and companies. The guiding principle of personal and professional development for btS members who have now entered professional life remains a central element of our association's activities.
btS-Alumni e.V. – A platform for companies too:
The btS Alumni are not only active supporters of the student btS. The btS Alumni e.V. also has a lot to offer companies. Its dedicated members have extensive expertise in their respective industries, know-how in the life sciences and soft skills in a wide range of areas, such as project management. This also offers your company a wealth of opportunities for various types of cooperation with our network.
Take part in our exchange and benefit from our experience. Of course, you can also actively participate in our interest groups. In many ways, we offer a platform where you too can present yourself. For example, we meet once a year for our Alumni Business Days, in which numerous companies have already participated.

Alumni board
The Executive Board of btS Alumni e.V. is the governing body of the association. Its tasks are to manage, coordinate and implement the objectives of btS Alumni e.V. The Executive Board consists of 4 to 5 members who are elected for one year by the General Meeting.
