Training

The training department is still a relatively young and small working group that was formed at the beginning of 2018 from the merger of the Trainers working group and the knowledge management group. The main task of us is to organise the annual btS trainer training (TtT) and to fill and coordinate training requests. We also ensure that the btS trainer pool and our ‘evo’ training system continue to grow and that our trainers continue to develop through training and further education. Through our work, we are thus expanding btS's internal training programme in addition to the basic and expert workshops.
