Welcome to btS Leipzig!

We are students and doctoral candidates in the field of life sciences and related disciplines. Since 2011, we have been working in Leipzig to provide you with a wide range of insights into various career fields in the life sciences. With the help of free lecture series, company excursions and seminars, we want to make your career choice easier. At the same time, we are committed to giving you an overview of the research groups based here while you are still studying.

With us, you can think outside the box. By helping to organise the events, you will gain your first direct contacts with potential employers. In addition, you can gain initial experience in marketing, project management and graphic design during the organisation process, which can make it easier for you to start your career later on.

Our diverse team consists of students from different departments and semesters, so there is already a helpful (and supportive) network in place locally.

We are always happy to see new faces, so come by and get to know us!
