About the btS Ulm

btS Ulm was founded in 2010 in the birthplace of Albert Einstein. Since then, we have been composed of many dedicated students from the natural sciences programs at Ulm University. Our association offers an interface between the university, research institutes, and life sciences companies. We achieve this through a variety of projects, mainly:

Excursions to companies of the pharmaceutical, diagnostics, and health care sectors,
Presentations by representatives of the pharmaceutical industry and consulting companies,
Seminars and workshops on career development, and
networking events

With these projects, we guide students in finding career opportunities and help them establish initial contacts with relevant employers.

Alongside our local projects, btS also organises and carries out nationwide projects in collaboration with other offices. For example, we arrange the ScieCon company contact fair and host the btS weekend, inviting all btS members twice a year.
