The first step for many roles is a one-way video interview using our platform Spark Hire, where you’ll record answers to a set of predefined questions. This allows you to complete the interview at your convenience – anytime, anywhere, without scheduling conflicts or travel. It also enables us to review applications more efficiently and make faster decisions. Based on your progress in the selection process, you may be invited to a second interview, which will be conducted either virtually or in person. In some cases, you may meet the relevant team and, for some management positions, senior leadership. For certain roles, we may also ask you to provide samples of your work. The selection process may vary depending on the role and location. Our recruiting team will guide you through each step and provide all necessary details for your position in a timely manner.
