(Lützowstraße 33, 10785 Berlin). Eine Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel ist ausschließlich zu den hier aufgeführten Bedingungen möglich. Mit der Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel erkennen die Teilnehmenden diese Teilnahmebedingungen ausdrücklich an. Bei Fragen, Problemen oder Beschwerden erreicht Ihr uns unter:

Eines von 5 Paketen, zusammengestellt aus Produkten unserer Sponsoren und Akquise-Materialien der btS. Umtausch oder Barauszahlung des Gewinnes ist nicht möglich.
Teilnahme
Das Gewinnspiel beginnt am 07.05.2021 um 10.00 Uhr und endet mit dem Ende der Future Food Conference. Antworten können bis zum 08.05.2021 um 23:59 Uhr eingereicht werden. Die Teilnehmenden müssen die Anzahl der versteckten Foodie-Bag Icons (s. unten) bestimmen und an vorstand.heidelberg@bts-ev.de einreichen. Die Icons können in jedem Bereich des Hopin Events versteckt sein (inklusive des Ausstellungsbereichs) und auf der FFC Website (bts-ev.de/ffc) inklusive ihrer Unterseiten. Jede Person kann nur einmal teilnehmen, doppelte Antworten werden nicht berücksichtigt. Die 5 Personen, die am nächsten an der wahren Anzahl der Icons liegen, sind die Gewinner:innen. Falls mehr als 5 Personen in diesen Bereich fallen, werden die Gewinner:innen gelost. Falls eine Person ihren Gewinn nicht wahrnimmt, verfällt der Gewinn. Zur Wahrnehmung des Gewinns muss die Mitteilung der Versanddaten innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach Benachrichtigung erfolgen. Die Teilnahme ist nur innerhalb der in der Gewinnspielbeschreibung genannten Mechanik möglich: Einreichen der Anzahl der versteckten Foodie-Bag Icons an vorstand.heidelberg@bts-ev.de.
Es wird insgesamt 5 Gewinner:innen geben. Die Übergabe des Gewinns erfolgt per Post.

Minderjährige und Mitglieder des Organisationsteams der Future Food Conference sind von der Teilnahme ausgeschlossen. Der mehrmalige Gewinn einer Foodie Bag im Zusammenhang mit der Future Food Conference ist nicht möglich.
Teilnahmeausschluss
Bei falschen Angaben kann ein Ausschluss vom Gewinnspiel erfolgen. Eine Barauszahlung, Auszahlung in Sachwerten oder Tausch der Gewinne ist nicht möglich. Die Preise sind nicht übertragbar. Der:die Gewinner:in akzeptiert notwendige Änderungen des Gewinns, die durch andere außerhalb des Einflussbereichs der btS liegenden Faktoren bedingt sind. Die btS e.V. behält sich das Recht vor, die Foodie-Bags ganz oder zeitweise auszusetzen, wenn Schwierigkeiten auftreten, die die Integrität gefährden. Die btS übernimmt keine Haftung für den Versand der Foodie-Bags mit DHL.
Datenschutz
Die von den Teilnehmenden im Rahmen des Gewinnspiels angegebenen personenbezogenen Daten werden von der btS e.V. ausschließlich zum Zwecke der Durchführung und Abwicklung des Gewinnspiels erhoben und innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Abwicklung des Gewinnspiels gelöscht. The raffle is not affiliated with Hopin and is not supported, organized, or sponsored by Hopin in any form. All responsibilities lie with the btS e.V. (Lützowstraße 33, 10785 Berlin). Participation in the raffle is only possible if you abide to the following conditions and once you enter the raffle, you accept the conditions. One of 5 Foodie-Bags with products from our sponsors and the btS. Returns or disbursements in cash are not possible.
Participation
The raffle starts on the 7th of May at 10 am (German time) and closes with the end of the Future Food Conference. Answers can be handed in until the 8th of May at 11:59 pm (German time). Participants have to count the number of Foodie-Bag icons (shown below), which can be hidden anywhere within the Hopin event (including the expo area and booths) and on the FFC website and its subpages (bts-ev.de/ffc). The number has to be handed in at vorstand.heidelberg@bts-ev.de. Each person can only enter the raffle once. The winners will be determined based on how close the answers are to the true number of hidden Foodie-Bag icons. If more than 5 people are determined to be closest, the winners will be drawn from that pool. If a winner does not seize their prize, the prize will be forfeited. To seize their prize, winners have to disclose their address for the Foodie-Bags within 7 days after being told that they have won. Participation is only possible if you register for the event on the platform Hopin. There will be 5 winners and the prize will be sent via post.
Eligible for Participation
You are eligible for participation if you are over 18 years old and residing in Germany. The Foodie-Bags will only be delivered within Germany and organizers of the Future Food Conference team are excluded from participating. A single person can only receive one Foodie-Bag across all raffles associated with the Future Food Conference.
Disqualification
If you make any wrong statements during the raffle, you may be disqualified from participating. Returns or disbursements in cash are not possible and the prize cannot be transferred to another person. The winners accept changes to their prize if they stem from outside of the btS’s range of influence. The raffle can be interrupted or postponed due to changing circumstances outside of the btS’s responsibilities and the btS is not liable for shipping (with DHL).
Data Privacy
Your data will only be used for the realisation of the raffle and will be deleted within 30 days after its end. Your data will not be passed on to third parties, expect for the shipping label. If you have any questions about your rights, please contact .

Wenn im Rahmen der anderen Foodie-Bag Verlosungen Gewinne nicht eingelöst werden, können mehr als 5 Pakete unter den Teilnehmenden der Feedback-Umfrage verlost werden. Umtausch oder Barauszahlung des Gewinnes ist nicht möglich.
Teilnahme
Das Gewinnspiel beginnt am 07.05.2021 um 10.00 Uhr und endet eine Woche nach Ende der Konferenz am 15.05.2021 um 23:59 Uhr. Unter allen Teilnehmenden an der Future Food Conference Feedback-Umfrage werden 5 Foodie-Bags verlost. Jede Person kann nur einmal teilnehmen, doppelte Antworten werden nicht berücksichtigt. Falls eine Person ihren Gewinn nicht wahrnimmt, wird eine neue Person gelost. Zur Wahrnehmung des Gewinns muss die Mitteilung der Versanddaten innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach Benachrichtigung erfolgen. One of 5 Foodie-Bags with products from our sponsors and the btS. If the winners of other Foodie bag raffles do not claim their prize, more than 5 Foodie-Bags are eligible for the raffle in context of the feedback survey. Returns or disbursements in cash are not possible.
Participation
The raffle starts on the 7th of May at 10 am (German time) and closes one week after the end of the Future Food Conference on the 15th of May at 11:59 pm (German time). The winners will be drawn from all participants in the feedback survey about the Future Food Conference. Each person can only enter the raffle once. If a winner does not seize their prize, a new winner will be drawn from the remaining pool. To seize their prize, winners have to disclose their address for the Foodie-Bags within 7 days after being told that they have won. There will be a minimum of 5 winners and the prize will be sent via post.
Eligible for Participation
You are eligible for participation if you are over 18 years old and residing in Germany. The Foodie-Bags will only be delivered within Germany and organizers of the Future Food Conference team are excluded from participating. Das Gewinnspiel findet im Rahmen des Pub Quiz am 07.05.2021 um 19 Uhr statt. Die 10 Personen mit den höchsten Punktzahlen (Punkte werden jeweils für das Team vergeben) gewinnen ein Foodie-Bag. Wenn mehrere Teams oder Einzelpersonen die gleiche Punktzahl erhalten und so mehr als 10 Personen zu den Besten gehören, werden die Gewinne unter diesen Personen verlost. Jede Person kann nur einmal teilnehmen. Falls eine Person ihren Gewinn nicht wahrnimmt, verfällt der Gewinn. Zur Wahrnehmung des Gewinns muss die Mitteilung der Versanddaten innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach Benachrichtigung erfolgen. Die Ergebnisse des Pub Quiz werden am Samstag, den 08.05.2021 um 14:45 Uhr verkündet. Die Teilnahme ist nur innerhalb der in der Gewinnspielbeschreibung genannten Mechanik möglich.

The raffle is part of the Future Food Conference Pub Quiz on the 7th of May at 7 pm (German time). The 10 people with the highest score will win a Foodie-Bag (points are awarded to the participating teams). If more than 10 people belong to the best players, the winners will be drawn from that pool of people. Each person can only enter the raffle once. If a winner does not seize their prize, the prize will be forfeited. To seize their prize, winners have to disclose their address for the Foodie-Bags within 7 days after being told that they have won. The winners of the Pub Quiz will be announced on Saturday, the 8th of May at 2:45 pm (German time). There will be 10 winners and the prize will be sent via post.
